Replacement, Return & Cancellation Policy

Shopping at DashingDons, your items should reach you within 7-10 days of your order confirmation. In case the item of the order placed is on backorder, shipping may take a little longer, which will be communicated to you. There are no extra charges or duties on items. Free shipping is available across all India Terrain.

If you think your order is delayed beyond the mentioned time, please feel free to contact us. Please ensure you have provided us all important information, including your contact number, address, area pin code to your location. To ensure your ordered product reaches you safely and on time, we use renowned courier services such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, FedEx, DTDC, Udaan Express, Gati, and more. We don’t compromise on your order deliveries with local courier vendors.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to bad weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.

We accept replacements only for manufacturing defects of the products.

The Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.

DashingDons is very keen to use renowned courier services, as it's essential that your product reaches you on time and proper product care is taken off by the courier facility. Hence, no physical damage occurs during transportation.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

At DashingDons, we are committed to ensuring that you have a hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience. If you have received a manufacturing defect or dead-on arrival product, you can request a replacement.

Replacement should be made within 7 Days of your Purchase. (For example, if you receive your product on 1st January, the last day for replacement is 7th January). The product should be in its original condition, with undamaged packing. Any item(s) being replaced should also include all accessories and manuals that may have been bundled with the main product.

The product should be accompanied by the original sales invoice along with the returning item(s).

In case of replacement, please email us the product details along with your order reference number and return reason along with pictures of items to shopdashingdons@gmail.com. Our representative will reply within 24 hours. DashingDons reserves the right to deduct handling charges from the replacement product if the product is physically damaged and malfunctioning due to your side.

If the product was collected (no defective packaging, all manuals/items/accessories accounted for), then only the product will be replaced. If the product weight is greater than 1 kg, the customer has to send the product to the origin if the replacement is approved, and they also have to bear additional charges.

For brands like JBL, Harman Kardon, Infinity, Marshall, you have to visit the respective authorized service center for warranty claims because they provide the best services.

WHEN REPLACEMENTS ARE NOT POSSIBLE

There are certain conditions under which replacements are not possible by DashingDons. They are as follows:

  • The replacement request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Customer claims battery backup issues without following proper charging/discharging cycles for electronic items.
  • The product is damaged due to use.
  • The product is not in the same state as received.
  • The item has been used and installed.
  • Item with physical damages.
  • Product serial numbers missing or tampered from the main box.
  • Anything missing from the received package, including price tags, labels, and original packing.
  • Product without invoice is not eligible for exchange.

REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR UBON

The customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered.

Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered was in a defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.

In case of replacement, the entire product package with the product and its accessories will be picked up by the courier arranged by us, or the user has to send the courier.

A product will not be replaced if physical damage is not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product or if the damage is caused by electrical surge/damage due to user actions.

WHEN REPLACEMENTS ARE NOT PROVIDED

DashingDons provides replacements only when the product has a manufacturing defect verified by our quality team.

DashingDons initiates replacements within 3-5 days of the time span.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Once the order has been made, it cannot be canceled after shipment.

WARRANTY

All items include a manufacturing warranty from the brand itself.

Physical damages to items are not covered under warranty.

Warranty time span for items is valid under manufacturer warranty terms.

Please provide your sales invoices to claim warranty.

Warranty is applicable across all India service centers by manufacturers & DashingDons service centers.

Return & Refund Policy

If you have received a damaged or wrong product, it must be reported to shopdashingdons@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product with an uncut video of unboxing the product. If the outer packing has been tampered with, ripped, pressed, or is otherwise damaged, you must leave a remark on the proof of delivery (POD) slip provided during delivery about the damaged box or package and make an uncut video of unboxing the package.
